SMS Terms
In short: Querent is a text-message service. You opt in twice before we send anything recurring, you can opt out anytime with STOP, and message and data rates may apply.
Program description
Querentdelivers daily tarot card drawings by text message: each morning you receive an MMS with a card image and an SMS with a short AI-written interpretation, to prompt self-reflection — not to read the future. You may also text Querent and receive conversational replies, and you’ll occasionally receive account and service messages (such as a confirmation reminder, a note when your free draws end, or a cancellation goodbye).

How you consent
In short: you check a box on our website, then confirm by replying YES. We never send recurring messages without both steps.
Consent is collected in two steps:
- Website signup. At thequerent.xyz, you enter your mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive recurring automated text messages from Querent. The signup form discloses that consent is not a condition of purchase, that message and data rates may apply, message frequency, and how to opt out.
- Double opt-in by text. We send one confirmation message to your number. Recurring messages begin only after you reply YES.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies.Each day you’ll receive your daily reading (an MMS with the card image and an SMS with the interpretation), plus conversational replies when you text us, plus occasional account and service messages. If we make a lasting change to how often we text you, we’ll notify you first.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These are charges from your mobile carrier, separate from any Querent subscription fee.
Opting out
In short: reply STOP to any message, anytime.
Reply STOPto any Querent message to opt out. You’ll receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and then no further messages will be sent. Texting STOP also immediately cancels any paid Querent subscription.
Because Querent is delivered entirely by text, opting out of texts ends the service — there is no non-text version of Querent.

Getting help
Reply HELP to any message to reach a human, or email support@thequerent.xyz. You can also reply CANCEL to receive a link to your billing portal.
Carriers and coverage
Querent is available on major US carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their networks) and on US phone numbers only.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. In particular: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
